Today, many flagships like HTC U11, Samsung Galaxy S8, Xiaomi Mi 6 and OnePlus 5 hit the market. But most of the gadget lovers are still early waiting to the launch of two handsets – Apple iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Both these upcoming phones will be released during almost the same period. Some people compare the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with yet to be released Nokia 9. But the true rival of this handset will be the iPhone 8. The price of both premium phones is expected to be relatively higher than other handsets. If we talk about Apple, it is preparing for a special phone as Samsung is an industry leader which is giving a tough competition to the company. Let’s have a look at the features of these phones which are expected to be included:
Samsung is planning to release Note 8 in September. Therefore, it gives enough time to the developers for adopting the latest Google aspect ratio guidelines. Plus, the Bixby of Samsung will gain some points. According to a report, the Note 8 will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and the flagship Exynos 8895 chipset having the power of Galaxy S8. It is also expected that it will include up to 6 GB RAM. Plus, this phone will also have a dual camera along with independent optical image stabilization for each lens. The report also tells that the fingerprint sensor will be positioned on the rear of the phone. Plus, the company will do triple checking for battery related issues. No wonder, it will be the true Android flagship.
On the other hand, Apple has made a lot of expectations with its upcoming iPhone 8. Since Steve Jobs’ passing, there will be the first major overhaul in design. This upcoming phone is expected to be launched with a bezel-less display, wireless charging, fingerprint sensor integrated with a power button or into the display and 3D Touch. Plus, you will also see a significantly larger battery in the last three years for the first time. As well, it is expected that it will be powered by an ultimate platform that Apple will dub the A11X or A11. There will be dual cameras on the rear. Also, it will include at least 3GB RAM.
If we see the battle from the average observer’s point of view, it may seem moot. People, who are crazy about the Apple phones, they will surely go for iPhone 8. On the other hand, the Android users will opt for the Note 8.
